Wholesale Policies

Tiger Tiger is a direct importer and wholesaler of collectible beads and Hill Tribe silver, Dharma items, silks, textiles and other interesting & unusual items from Southeast Asia and the Himalayas.  Our wholesale price list may be downloaded from this site in pdf format, simply send an email to the link below and you will receive a password to access our wholesale-only page.  Please note that there are very few prices in our wholesale price list for collectible beads, masks, large statuary, and other one of a kind items you may have seen at a trade show; please contact us directly for pricing on these items.  You will also notice that many items in our wholesale price list show two or three different prices.  These are our discounts for quantity purchases. The first price is the price each: in many cases there is no further discount. The minimum quantity for the pricing in the second & third columns are shown in parenthesis.  Items which may be combined for discount are noted in the price list.

We do not have a printed catalog. Please browse this web site, (keeping in mind that the prices show here are retail), and contact us with any specific requests for images of items not shown here and we will do our best to get them to you.  You may also request a pick-box of some of our more varied and unique items such as textiles or vermeil.

Mail Order Policies:

\ First order minimum is $100, please provide your resale number.  Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.

\ We accept company check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Your first three orders must be prepaid.  We do not ship COD to new accounts.  Please provide company info with bank and credit references if you wish to have terms (net 30).  Returned checks will be subject to bank plus administrative fees of $15.

\ Orders are insured and shipped via UPS.  We do not ship orders valued at over $50 via USPS Priority Mail, due to inadequate tracking capabilities.  We will ship Fed-Ex with your Fed-Ex number.  Please notify us immediately of any damages incurred during shipping,  and do save the packaging in case UPS needs to do an inspection.

\ Satisfaction Guaranteed:  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied towards returns unless we are notified of the return within 15 days of receipt of goods.  All returns must be received in good (salable) condition.  Please insure all returns as we can not credit returns lost or damaged in shipping.

\ Return shipping charges will be credited when the return is due to our error on our part, if you prefer, simply notify us and we will send a UPS Call Tag for the merchandise.

\ Collectible Beads are always Unconditionally Guaranteed, (no restocking fee, no time limit) if you ever discover them  to be other than as represented.

Please do not use the US Mail to send returns to our Point Richmond address: our mailroom is not secure and we cannot credit returns we do not receive.

Trade Show Policies:

\ We would love to see you at the San Francisco Intl.  Gift Fair in February & August.  Please see our show schedule for exact dates, new shows, or any last minute changes.

 
\ The Village Arts sections of this gift show is in a 'cash and carry' hall, which allow for immediate  release of merchandise. We can also ship your order on your specified ship date.  Although our usual turn-around time is under 48 hours, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for shipping after the major gift shows.

\ Trade Show Minimums: There is no minimum purchase requirement for returning customers.  American Express, Visa, MasterCard, & company checks are accepted with a minimum order of $50 for first time buyers (Cash only under $50)  If you wish to have your order shipped, the minimum is $100.  Other policies regarding terms as above.

\ We must collect state and local sales tax if you cannot provide us with your resale number. Please contact us for a resale card if you believe you are not on file with us.

A Note about Bead Shows:

We will always have our collectible beads and Hill Tribe silver with us at bead shows, but depending on space available we may or may not have small statuary, gaos (prayer boxes), amulets, or malas (prayer beads) with us.  If there is a particular item you were hoping to pick up at a bead show, please give us a call and we'll be sure to have it on hand for you.  Also, as you may be aware, bead shows are often a mix of wholesale and retail buyers.  Please let us know if you are buying for resale, as many items will be priced at retail.  As above, minimums apply and we will need your resale number or tax will be collected.
